Tatta Food Safety Research Institute Ltd. is established in an Osaka IT business incubator.
The name of the company comes from the idea of the pursuit of food safety from the "stand" point of consumers. (the concept of "standing" can be translated as "Tatta" in Japanese.)

Food labelling databank labelbank service launched

A food labelling information service, which will later become the food labelling data engine, is launched.
The name of the service, "labelbank", derives from the fact that we are slowly "collecting" food labels of quality.
