Japan Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 ( July 2015 )
Expo Milano 2015 hosted by Milan, Italy is underway.
The event is held on the theme of "Feeling the Planet, Energy for Life", and I think you will find it very interesting and may actually visit the venue. The Expo will run from May 1 to October 31 for 184 days, and we hope this Trend Communications will serve as a guide for all of those seeking to visit the Expo Milano 2015 Japan Pavilion.
With the theme of "Harmonious Diversity", the Japan Pavilion delivers various messages through the latest projection mapping technology and exhibits.
"Washoku", traditional dietary cultures of the Japanese, was inscribed in UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2013. And in the Japan Pavilion, the traditional cuisine is introduced in a visual and an easy-to-follow approach by some of the world top creators and experts in Japan.
Besides those exhibits featuring the latest technology, I also recommend "SceneⅡ LEGACY", one of the Japan's Pavilion exhibition area. This is a showcase packed with the traditional wisdom and techniques applied to Japanese food, introducing Japan's food culture through its ingredients, processed foods, and dishes. It's rare to find an exhibition that presents every aspect our food culture in such an easy to understand manner. Please take this opportunity to learn more about Japanese food.
In the restaurant area, you can enjoy popular dishes to traditional Kaiseki, formal multi- course meals (reservation necessary). The price range is a bit high but still worthwhile considering that you can experience a typical Japanese atmosphere.
Just visit if you live in the neighborhood!!
